dipo4d Terms & Conditions for Malaysian Players

1. Introduction and Acceptance

These Terms & Conditions form a binding agreement between each eligible user and dipo4d. They apply whenever you visit the website, open an account, claim a promotion, deposit MYR, place a sports wager, play a casino game or request a withdrawal.

By using dipo4d, you confirm that you have read these terms together with the Privacy Policy and Responsible Gambling information. 4. Account Security

You are responsible for keeping your username, password and authentication details confidential. Use a strong password that is not shared with another service. Notify dipo4d support promptly if you suspect unauthorised access, lost credentials or unusual account activity.

Transactions completed through correctly authenticated credentials may be treated as authorised unless dipo4d receives timely notice of a security issue. We may temporarily restrict access while investigating suspected compromise. Never disclose a password, one-time code, identity document or full bank credential through an unsolicited message.

5. Deposits, Balances and Withdrawals

dipo4d may support MYR transactions through payment options such as Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, DuitNow, FPX, Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, Hong Leong Bank, Visa, Mastercard and USDT. Availability, processing time and transaction limits may differ by account, verification status and payment channel.

Deposits must come from a payment method lawfully controlled by the verified account holder. Third-party deposits, cash obtained through unlawful activity and payment reversals made without a valid basis are prohibited. dipo4d may request evidence showing ownership and the legitimate source of funds.

A withdrawal will normally be returned through an approved method connected to the verified player. Before processing, dipo4d may complete identity, payment, security, wagering and anti-fraud checks. 7. Bonuses, Cashback and Promotions

A wagering requirement states how much qualifying play must occur before bonus-linked funds can become withdrawable. Withdrawals may remain pending until required checks are complete. Failure to provide satisfactory information may result in transaction limits, account suspension or closure. dipo4d may retain records where reasonably required for security, dispute management and applicable compliance obligations, subject to the Privacy Policy.

9. Responsible Gambling and 21+ Protection

11. Service Availability and Limitation of Liability

You are responsible for maintaining a suitable device, secure internet connection and current software. dipo4d is not responsible for a wager that was never received or confirmed because of a player-side connection failure. 12. Account Suspension and Closure

You may request account closure through dipo4d support. Before closure, outstanding wagers may be settled and any valid remaining balance may be returned after verification and required checks. A closed account must not be reopened to bypass a self-exclusion period.

dipo4d may suspend or close an account when these terms are breached, verification cannot be completed, fraud or security concerns arise, or continued access presents a player-protection risk. Where appropriate, dipo4d will review legitimate funds separately from disputed bonus value, invalid winnings or reversed transactions.
